Heron House grew from the understanding that true leadership — of a team, an organisation, or yourself — isn’t about always knowing. It’s about recognising when to pause, reflect, and choose again. Like the heron, it’s about patience, presence and decisive action when the moment’s right.

Lasting progress begins with the inner work: questioning patterns, rethinking decisions, and reshaping how you lead yourself and others. I’ve spent years in high-stakes roles — steering results, building teams and guiding complex change, while balancing strategy with the human side of performance. Like many, I’ve paused to thoughtfully reorient — professionally and personally. I get it. That’s why I don’t offer quick fixes.

Instead, through Heron House, I work as a coach, sparring partner and interim leader, helping individuals, leaders, teams and organisations find direction, set priorities, and design practical steps toward their goals. I listen with intent, challenge directly, and create a safe space for honest conversation, holding up a mirror when it’s needed. My style is warm but clear, structured yet human — whether one-to-one, with teams or on large-scale transformations.

I completed the ROOT© Coaching ACSTH Training Programme and work in line with the ICF’s standards and ethics. This means I create a safe, confidential space and apply coaching methods that meet internationally recognised quality standards.

When projects call for more than one voice, I collaborate with trusted senior professionals who bring additional expertise and perspective.
