In practice
We start with an intake to define your goals and context. From there, we set a focused track of at least three sessions (typically monthly). Each session combines reflection, challenge and practical action — with agreements to carry forward between sessions. There is little or no theory but inner work tied directly to your real work.
As your coach, I listen with intent, probe, and hold the mirror so you uncover what’s really happening and decide what needs to shift.
As your sparring partner, I offer perspective and challenge your thinking — not to make decisions for you, but to help you sharpen them and stand behind them.
